I’m originally from Pennsylvania and I just recently got divorced.
I was with my ex husband for 10 years, 5 of which were very unhealthy where I felt trapped & scared and afraid to believe in myself because he controlled every aspect of our relationship. Everywhere from how our money was spent so I couldn’t pursue my love of travel because he decided it wasn’t a good idea and because I didn’t have the confidence in myself I didn’t pursue my passion for swimming and teaching swimming and taking it to the next level which would have been a career instead of just a hobby for me.
I wanted to change the way that swimming was taught around the world but I never felt I had the self worth or anything to do that. I didn’t have the confidence to do it but then a friend introduced me to Adrian Law and his work and every thing changed from there.
He gave me the courage to get out of the unhealthy relationship that I’d stuck out for 5 extra years and I started focusing on myself.
And through focusing on me and the goals that I wanted I gained the confidence that I needed to follow my dream of chasing swimming and turning it into a career. And helping to change the way swimming is taught around the world.
Now I’m currently in Sydney Australia, working at one of the top swim schools here and just this past Saturday I was at a work function and on my way home my boss told me that in the first 12 days that I’ve worked for the organization I made more of an impact than anyone else has in the past 5 years since he started running the program.
So without Adrian and his work you know I would have never gained the confidence to do those things and I’m very thankful.

I’ve been watching your videos over these last days and they have changed my life already. You have brought me from perceiving, to understanding in a very short period of time
I realized something powerful from your behavior patterns program… in that when under stress of any kind, one defaults back to their dominant style… that one realization brought me to a clarity of myself that made me able to understand what is actually happening to me when I become ’uncomfortable’. It took me a long time of affirmations in my life to bring me to a place of self acceptance in all I endured as a child. I just couldn’t understand what was happening to me, at times of stress, such as in this situation in my home. I found myself reverting back, losing ground, so to speak. In understanding this behavior pattern, it strengthened my ability to conquer the feelings of confusion… because it has been identified by you which makes it ’fixable’.
In order to change, it’s good to know what you are up against… so thank you ! You have brought me from perceiving, to understanding in a very short period of time, by identifying this subconscious behavior. WHOA! Something is happening, I’m not sure what, but things are beginning to manifest. Each day I manage to find a new site with teachings that are very helpful. A couple of weeks ago I somehow landed on your site and watched your video with Ryan. I went further into your site and have found some very sound and provocative stuff. I haven’t found anything more inspiring since and continue to follow your messages.
A couple of months ago, I lost my job and my world crashed to a halt. You see, money was never much of an issue, we weren’t loaded, but certainly lived comfortably…well not any more. We’re potentially facing some very tough decisions that will affect my wife and kids. But then I saw my first glimpse on the weekend. I train for triathlons and during our Saturday morning ride we were facing a hill climb that I typically dreaded. I usually had to dismount and walk half of it. Well not this time.
I had been practicing your suggestions about visualisation and since I had some experience with it in past sports (20 yrs. ago) I thought I’d begin visualization with physical training before trying it in areas out of my comfort zone such as $$ and career.
Well, not only did I finish it, I pulled away from the pack that normally beats me. I am really beginning to re-understand the power that our mind and our thoughts have in our lives. Thanks so much for helping make these concepts simplified and usable for all to enjoy.
